So what is Actionscript ?
ActionScript is an object-oriented programming language originally developed by Macromedia Inc. (now owned by Adobe Systems). It is used in a software called 'Adobe Flash.' It is used to make interactive flash games, embedding inside websites and in making 2d animated graphic video and much more.
What will you learn in these tutorials?

What is Flash and which software we will be using?
Flash is the software we will be using for making some interactive Flash projects. We will be using Adobe Flash CS6. If you have previous versions, they won't contain Actionscript 3.0 which we will be using. If you don't have this software you can download Flash for free from here :
It will be a trial verion, but you can purchase later.
